On 61 national day of Sri Lanka President Mahinda Rajapakse expressed that shadows of terrorism have almost been wiped out with the last remnants of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) cornered in a patch of jungle in the island’s northeast. He further stressed while saying “I am confident that the Tigers will be completely defeated in a few days,”. According to the media reports Sri Lankan forces have gained control over 98% area which was earlier held by LTTE.

Tamil Tigers leader Velupillai Prabhakaran probably rescued back to his sponsored agency RAW. The terrorist’s movements in Sri Lanka were supported by RAW for creating instability because she had good relations with Indian rivals Pakistan and China since 1948.

Islamabad and Beijing also stepped up for providing military assistance to Colombo. Further, President J.R. Jayewardene of Sri Lanka did not enjoy with Premier Indira Gandhi which he had with her father, Premier Jawaharlal Nehru. After 1971, Premier Indira Gandhi, also the leader of the powerful Congress (I) Party, took a policy decision to support Sri Lankan northern insurgency and intensified malicious activities from August 1983 without realizing its impacts over ethnic problems of Tamil Nadu.

Probably, Indian government had failed to comprehend that 98% Tamils are living in Tamil Nadu (Indian State) and those could become the part and parcel of LTTE movement too. Anyhow, Sri Lanka has successfully defeated RAW’S Game Plan which was launched 25 years ago.

The same Plan with slight modification headed by the fresh Indian Tamil Leadership now might be used by them for creation of a separate Tamil State on Indian territory since 98% Tamils are inhabitants of India. Though US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her British counterpart David Miliband demanded for a temporary no-fire period to evacuate casualties but still Sri Lanka Forces did not terminate the operation without and attaining ultimate aim.

In fact RAW faced another drastic failure in the shape of defeat of LTTE just after Mumbai Attack because of her non professional approach and nefarious activities and independent working. The agency is playing in the hands of extremists Hindu and providing complete assistance to RSS and BJP for implementation of her agenda of establishing pure Hindu State in the region.

There are reports that LTTE Chief has been provided shelter by RAW without the Knowledge of Sonia Gandhi, Congress Head till to date. The Congress parliamentarian having close association with Rajiv Gandhi might be demanding the government to probe into the matter immediately. Actually, new Indian political leadership may not be knowing that supreme Indian intelligence agency RAW came into existence as a result of horrible Indian defeat in Sino-India War of 1962 is operating as an autonomous and independent body since 1968.

As per initial directive, the agency was directly responsible to the Prime Minister but somehow extremist Hindu’s groups slowly and gradually were able to capture its nucleus. Now it became the second largest and dangerous intelligence organization after CIA. RAW’s foundations of achieving set objectives are based on propagating, spying and sabotaging in neighbor’s countries through creating instability; political anarchy, terrorism and interference.

The agency has always exploited political, racial, cultural, sectarian, religious differences and petty issues for further deteriorating the conditions of other countries. Its name turns out to be a horror even for the political opponents of the Indian governments. The extremists’ class of this club at times even eliminates their colleagues, own masters and associated individuals either after their utilization or if anybody comes under their way of converting India into a pure Hindu State.

The RAW has sound believe that ultimate aim of achieving hegemonic design is only possible if the state be cleaned from Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, and any non Hindu. The condition to survive in Indian society is to subscribe to the false, bogus and customised information, mounted by the RAW in general and criminal minded Hindu terrorist organizations in particular, such as VHP, RSS.

The apparently secular Neru family put their best for destabilizing Pakistan, Sri Lanka and China since these countries were and are able to become a hindrance in Indian desire of expansionism. India partially got success in 1971 while creating Bangladesh but remained ineffective in gaining complete control over new Islamic state, thus RAW made an other try to destabilize her while assassinating Mujibur Rehman.

Similarly, Sri Lanka was marked red in 1971 Indo-Pak War when India banned the Pakistani aircraft from flying over its space and they had to go from West Pakistan to East Pakistan via Sri Lanka. Thus after, cutting down of one wing of Pakistan, RAW made a Game Plan “Subdue Sri Lanka “to teach a lesson to Colombo.

For this purpose, Indian Prime Minster Mrs. Indra Gandhi detailed R.N Kao and Parthasathy for undertaking her subversive operation in northern region of Sri Lanka. It is also notable here that Indian Extremists have too differences over religion/beliefs and always and displayed hate towards inhabitants of Sri Lanka. Somehow situation became alarming after 1974 when the LTTE developed links with a number of Tamil Nadu political groups.

The differences over Sri Lanka Issue between political parties were on lime lines in the media too. Dravida Kazhagam headed by Veramani, the Kamraj Congress headed by Nedumaran and the Pure Tamil Movement were remained strong supporters of the LTTE. The congress used to support LTTE till late eighties but later on stopped backing LTTE. On the other hand RAW never withdrew her covert help to LTTE because she was and is running a parallel government in India.

On July 29, 2008 Sri Lanka’s radical Marxist party, the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP), has alleged that India had “intensified her interference” in Sri Lanka’s politics and economy. The Lankan Leaders were in the opinion that the situation much worse than what it was during the 1987.

In 1986/87 full throttle have been imparted to the movement by RAW while establishing 32 LTTE training camp in Kulathur, Salem district, India, By mid 1987, over 20,000 Sri Lankan Tamil insurgents had been provided sanctuary, finance, training and weapons either by the central government, state government of Tamil Nadu or by the insurgent groups themselves.

While most of the initial training was confined to Indian military and paramilitary camps in Uttara Pradesh, specialized training was imparted by the Indian instructors attached to RAW to Sri Lankan insurgents in New Delhi and Bombay. The most secretive training was conducted in Chakrata, north of Dehra Dun, India’s premier military academy for training service personnel, where RAW had also imparted training to Bangladesh, Pakistan and Tibetan dissidents.

Rajiv Gandhi ordered the Indian Peace Keeping Force (IPKF) to fight the LTTE because he realized that Indian government made a blunder while supporting LTTE but on the other hand RAW did not pull her hand out from providing assistance to LTTE despite her master’s murder. Rajiv Gandhi was assassinated in 1991 alledgly by Tamils.

The LTTE chief was arrested but released on bail leaving behind a big questioned mark. Basically his bail was arranged by RAW to launch him again for attaining their mission of establishing an independent state of Tamil on Sri Lanka’s piece of land. Maddrass High Court though issued Death Warrants of Prabhakaran earlier but he never been apprehended by professional intelligence agency of India.

On February 4, 2009 Sri Lanka army Chief Lt General Sarath Fonseka told after capturing Mullaitivu that only the Sea Tigers and suicide cadres can help Prabhakaran escape. As per media reports most probably once again the most demanded and dangerous terrorist Prabhakara will go back to his master “RAW”.

Sri Lanka while celebrating the current success must know that India’s multi-national, multi-cultural and multi-ethnic policies are greater risk to her security. India will never terminate her subversive activities against Pakistan, Sri Lanka, China, Bhutan, Skikim, Nepal and Maldves.

Concluding I must advise South Asian countries (less India) to establish a joint intelligence Forum for exchanging and sharing intelligence with a view to fight back RAW, Mossad and CIA sponsored Terrorism in the region.
