On July 20, 2009 in a “Point Blank “program of Private Electronic TV Channel “Express News” a suicidal bomber confirmed the involvement of Indian hands in the unrest of Pakistan. He was arrested from Dera Bugti when he got injured as a result of explosion in a house. He confessed (1) Brahamdagh Bughti is the actual launcher of terrorists, (2) Indian officials do meet Brahamdagh on and off (3) terrorists are being trained in the training camps located in Afghanistan (4) Karazai has been provided protection and stay in Balochistan and now as a return Braamdagh is enjoying the status of state guest in Afghanistan (5) innocent individual are being transported forcefully along with their families to Kabul (6) large sum is being provided to the terrorist’s launcher commanders (7) Suicide bombers have been poisoned against Pakistan and security forces.

In fact Research Analysis Wing (RAW) is operating through RAAM in Balochistan and FATA. In this connection Afghanistan has made two detachments Riasat 25 and 33. Both these establishments are being fed by Indian Intelligence agency for spreading violence and creating internal security problems in Pakistan. Afghanistan government has provided shelter to Brahamdagh Bughti.

RAW and RAAM have developed their deep relationship with each other. The later is being fully supported and funded probably with the knowledge of both the governments. RAW has recently restructured the old Afghan Intelligence agency (Khad). The Afghan intelligence agency has been given the name of RAAM (Hindu call God as RAAM) just to develop a permanent association with her. The Indian intelligence agency has been imparting training to Afghan agency and terrorists. Therefore, malicious activities against Pakistan by Afghan and Indian intelligence set ups are no more a secret now.

It is interesting to know that Ahmad Wali Karzai, the brother of President Hamid Karzai, has been accused repeatedly of drugs trafficking, although he denies all charges. RAW is covertly supporting Karazai’s brother Ahmed Wali It was also noticed with concern by the world community that under the 1996-2001 Taliban government in Afghanistan, opium production in fertile valleys was no more there, but after the 2001 US-led invasion toppled the Islamists, the trade soared, with production peaking at 8,200 metric tons in 2007. It increased six times just from 2007 to 2009. The annual UN drugs report revealed that US-driven anti-narcotics policies had failed to make any significant dent in the trade, forcing a rethink. The reasons behind were that some of theTaliban elements, CIA , RAW and RAAM are allegedly generating money by exporting dugs.The funds generated by Indian and Afghan intelligence agencies are being used for storming terrorism in Pakistan. Reliable resources reveal that Baitullah Mehsud is being funded by RAW for carrying out sabotage activities in Pakistan. In this regard Pakistan interior minister time and again revealed the RAW’s involvement in FATA and Balochistan.

The chiefs of Indian and Afghan intelligence agencies , VM Sharma and Amar Ullah Saleh held number of meetings in Kabul and New Delhi to chart down and implement their nefarious agenda. Few meetings had also been attended by top bosses of Mossad and CIA too. In a recent meeting of present chiefs of Indo-Afghan intelligence have shown satisfaction over their covert operations in the region and also decided to expand their loop up till china and Russia too. Targeting Pakistan, China and Russia is obvious since these nuclear powers can challenge and create hurdle in the trail of their master’s (US) grand design. According to the “Indian Today In” recent report China has increased its armed patrolling all along the Indian border. New Delhi has too entered her forces into Sikkim after smelling some seriousness of the issue.

Coming back towards the discussion, two weeks ago Barahamdagh Bugti met RAAM’s chief and asked him for the additional money to undertake sabotage activities in Pakistan. Probably, he has been promised that handsome amount would be paid to him shortly. In this connection, Commander Raziq Achakzai of Spin Boldak has been playing an instrumental role in launching terrorists, providing arms and ammunitions to the border crossers. On 3 December 2007 an individual after his arrest also confirmed his connections with Bugti. He had also confessed that funds and explosives have been supplied by Abdul Setter, Komadian Alies Jirga post of Afghan border police.

There are also reports that numbers of Afghan officials are facilitating Indian agents in border crossing. In earlier 2009, two border police personals and one political figure have been arrested while crossing the border without documents. It has also been learnt that Spin Boldak is the main hub of the anti Pakistan activities and village is acting as a launching pad. RAW in collaboration with RAAM used to provide the weapons via Bajure Dir Pewchar (EX Headquarter of Moulana Fazaullah). However our brave nation and troops of Security Forces defeated plot against Pakistan while laying their lives and vacating their residents and sheltering under canvass in inclement weather.

However Sharm –ul Sheikh provided a platform to Pakistan and India to ease the tension between two neighbouring states. Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was stunned to know the level of involvement of his Intelligence agency in Balochistan affairs once he was briefed by his high officials. In this connection Indian concerned staff has been provided photographs of Brahamdagh Bugti and other terrorists meeting with Indian agents not only in Afghanistan but also during their visits to India. The staff has also been apprised with the names of the Indian officials who met anti Pakistan elements. This was the part of more evidence about India’s involvement in recruiting, training, financing and arming terrorists in Afghanistan and sending them to Pakistan. Indian links to the attack on the Sri Lankan cricket team in Lahore and other high profile terrorism cases have been established, jolting even Indian lobby in Washington. Thus, Pakistani Prime Minister Mr. Gilani gave shock to his counter part and forced him to come on negotiation table. Now India’s fear is genuine since Pakistan is in the position of exposing her connections with two anti-Pakistan terrorist leaders and their foreign-funded terror armies: Brahamdagh Bugti and his BLA [Balochistan Liberation Army] and Baitullah Mehsud’s Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, both being supported from bases in US-controlled Afghanistan.

Second time elected Prime Minister Singh has taken a bold start of pulling her country out of Balochistan Issue. The Indian intelligence agency really put her Prime Minister in an embarrassing situation to involve the country to such an extent that PM Singh was compelled to commit publicly that connections of his intelligence agencies in Balochistan could be discussed bilaterally. Prime minister of both neighbouring countries did agree to resume the suspended composite dialogues once again. Prime Ministers have rightly agreed to resolve the long outstanding issue of Kashmir since any sensible political leadership believes that establishment of permanent peace in this region lies in settlement of sensitive Kashmir issue, realization of policy of non interference in internal matters and respecting neighbour’s rights.

In fact Manmohan’s desire of reviving talks might also be a try to put his country on a track of becoming a future global power and extricating de-linking it from regional conflicts. Dr Singh faced tremendous pressure from his political opponents on this issue. Anyhow he has successfully defended his point of view in the parliament on July 29, 2009 and very clearly said that talk is the answer to resolve the issues bilaterally. A pure Hindus fanatic party “BJP” certainly got a chance to criticize Sikh Prime Minister and decided to carry out protests all over India. BJP probably once again making a try to put India into communal violence since many Col Prohits are still in actions in main stream of her top leaders. In short, PM Singh’s desire of resurrecting talks for resolving Kashmir problem, water issue, keeping away India from communal violence particularly against minorities and Christians and pulling Research and Analysis Wing out from Balochistan would be considered as positive steps. At the same time it would also be taken as negative criticism against Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh by Hindu extremist’s party (BJP).

However, Pakistan government should also be mindful that Indian prime minister is not playing double game like a double agent. Pakistan should ask Afghanistan to stop interfering in our internal affairs. Kabul should also be asked to handover criminal Bughti back to Pakistan. Moreover India should close her consulates and training camps located on Afghanistan’s land. I also suggest to our interior ministry to release the Indian and Afghan involvement proofs for the consumption of media at the suitable time. It would definitely help in shutting the mouth of terrorism defenders local and foreign media anchors and terrorist states of the world.
