Pakistan government pulled back country from the brink of anarchy on March 16, 2009 after restoring the judges. General Ashfaq Parez Kayani played a very positive role in resolving the issue amicably. The military acted to avert, to correct and to clear the way for full democracy, Former Chief of Army Staff General Karamat called it the new military approach or Kayani Model in which, the army chief had been “invisible but around, fully informed and acting through well-timed and effective influence in the right quarter.

The act of Armed Forces has been well received and helped in raising its image in the masses. Whatever the case may be, the Political and military leadership was able to save the nation from “Blood Holli” which was planned by RAW through its notorious segment “Black Cats”.

Though, RAW failed in her Initial Plan but on March 16 2009, a suicide bomber arranged by her was able to blast himself on the outer skirt of Islamabad. In this blast 10 people killed and 20 individuals got wounded. The prevailing wave of repeated blasts in D I Khan, Peshawar, attack on Sri Lankan’s team and now in Rawalpindi particularly after the successful conclusions of peace talks between religious groups of Swat and NWFP government gives clear-cut indication of involvement of foreign hand in creating instability in Pakistan.

According to the media reports, India is considering the deployments of 16 commandos of a specialized security unit in Islamabad for the protection of the Indian high commission and diplomats posted here. The source said that these commandos under the cover of Indian diplomats are already based in Islamabad and carrying out their nefarious activities all over the Pakistan. Basically, the host country is responsible for the security of high commission. New Delhi intentions are not as simple as apparently being depicted on the media i.e. showing security concern over the protection of Embassy and its staff.

In fact she has planned to speed up her already launched covert operations and offensive intelligence against Pakistan. The point here to be notable that employment of 16 commandos in Indian embassy came just after the attack on Sri Lankan,’s team in Lahore. The suspected strength of attackers was 15, and yet to be apprehended.

Questions arises, whether these two news are interlinked? Are these Black Cats are those same Jonnies who carried out attack on Sri Lankan’s team and now joined the embassy? Are these same riders who have threatened the staff of “The Frontier Post’ ” office few days earlier too? Thus, we can say that current prevailing wave of blasts are directly linked with the foreign agencies.

RAW, CIA, Mossad and RAAM are implementing their joint agenda against Pakistan i.e. (one) creating instability (two) disintegration of Pak land (three) targeting Nuclear programme (four) Defaming Armed Forces and ISI through media campaign and covert actions. The purpose of placing commandos in Indian Embassy at centrally located Islamabad would facilitate these cats to fall back at their base (Indian Embassy) in minimum possible time after completion of their allotted tasks.

Indian has borrowed the idea of organizing “Black Cats” from “US Spiders Group “which was put on ground just after 9/11 for protections of American embassies and their staffs. But actually they used to undertake other secret tasks like monitoring of security agencies and movements of important government personalities. As per Washington Times, New Delhi has started thinking of having their own security arrangements in Islamabad after the last July attack on Indian embassy in Kabul.

The security fears were further exacerbated after the Marriott bombing. I would like to differ from Washington Post fear of security since RAW and her master agencies are responsible for the insecurity and instability of Pakistan. According to published reports as many as 35,000 RAW agents have entered Pakistan from 1983-93, with 12,000 are working in Sindh, 10,000 in Punjab, 8000 in North West Frontier Province and 5000 in Balochistan.

Now keeping “Black Cats” will strengthen the operational capability of RAW in Pakistan. Here, I would like to suggest to foreign affairs controlling authority to inform India to adhere diplomatic norms. Indian and other foreign embassies should not be allowed to keep such type of forces in the capital which is closer to our strategic resources.

US attack over Afghanistan in 2001 provided a big opportunity to RAW to accomplish its objectives of destabilizing Pakistan. Since 9/11, Indian influence has increased tremendously. RAW has established Consulates and Trade Missions along the Pak-Afghan border to destabilize Balochistan and North West Frontier Province (NWFP). Several agents of RAW captured in FATA, Waziristan, and other Southern Eastern areas provided that Indians had managed to penetrate deeply in collaboration with Indian allies in the region.

As per media reports, recently a spy had been killed by Taliban in Afghanistan. Reportedly that spy disclosed that an Indian intelligence official named C. R. Garg working as Attaché and PS to Indian ambassador had offered as much as US $ 2000-3000 per foreigner killed in Pakistan. The world perception articularly US authorities have strongly being changed now that RAW and some other Indian intelligence agencies have been the only source of terrorism in Pakistan. India intelligence: The other aim of RAW is to keep internal disturbances flaring up and the ISI preoccupied so that Pakistan can lend no worthwhile resistance to Indian designs in the region.

According to the leading media reporters on world’s intelligence have disclosed that RAW and the Israeli spy agency Mossad have created five new agencies to infiltrate Pakistan to target important religious and military personalities, journalists, judges, lawyers and bureaucrats. In addition, bombs would be exploded in trains, railway stations, bridges, bus stations, cinemas, hotels and mosques of rival Islamic sects to incite sectarianism. Black Cats group is one of the main implementing tools of said subversive actions.

Hindu Dharma Raksha Samiti (HDRS), Bajrang Dal (BD) Rashtria Sawayamsevak Sankh (RSS) Shiv Sena (SS) etc enjoy complete backing and support of RAW. These Hindu extremists are asking public and others political forces to support LK Advani as future prime minister since Former Indian minister doesn’t believe in secularism and remained famous for taking stern actions against Muslims and others minorities living there.

More over RAW is also supporting anti congress elements and those opposing forces that have pure nationalist approach and believe in extremisms. It is also notable here that RAW is already working 180 degree opposite to ruling party’s policy. LTTE issue, Lt Col Prouhit case, and Prabharkaran Escape (LTTE Chief remained involved in Rajiv’s murder case) were clear cut examples of RAW’s strokes against Congress policies.

Manvendra Singh wrote in the report “Even while Indian soldiers were dying in the jungles of north and eastern Sri Lanka, New Delhi was still engaging the LTTE in talks, and Chennai was allowing the militants to rest, recoup and refit in Tamil Nadu. And some intelligence agents were ambushed in the company of LTTE by the IPKF, unaware that New Delhi`s operatives were even there and, above all, moving with the militants. He further accused RAW of orchestrating ambushes against Sri Lankan Army which even the IPKF was unaware of.” “Similarly, the intelligence agencies even organised an ambush in Amparai by the Indian-raised Tamil National Army on a Sri Lankan Army brigade commander without the knowledge of the IPKF leadership.

Now once again RAW has decided to put Indian government in embracement while recommending another decision of sending commandos in Indian embassy of Islamabad. The deployment of Black Cats in Islamabad will damage the already deploring relations and trust between the two countries.

The 16 member security team being arranged by the Indian government has been taken from India’s elite Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), which is tasked with providing security for 269 industrial locations including power plants, defense production facilities, airports and oil refineries in India. Thus, security of the said installation will be compromised and might prove another setback to the Indian government in future.

Concluding I suggest to Political leadership to control its notorious organization that is busy in taking malicious actions in neighbouring countries. New Delhi should stop copying American and CIA otherwise they will face the music. India must know that American and CIA launched spider groups in the regions failed to achieve desire results and thinking of withdrawing the forces.

Tamil Tigers which were planted by India to target Sri Lanka have probably now realized that must go for Independent state but on Indian Territory (majority’s dominated area). On March 21, 09 Indian airports have been put on alert after receiving threat from Tamils. Indian leadership prior of launching “Black Cats” in South Asian countries must think must consider the famous saying,” One who tries to emulate others blindly stands too lose”.
